Big Time Rush is an American boy group that is specialized in pop music. The band was founded in 2009. The group is comprised of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow and Logan Henderson. They signed their first contract with Nick Records in 2009 before moving to Columbia Records. The group appeared on the Nickelodeon television show of the same name, Big Time Rush. The show aired from November 28 the 29th of 2009 to July 25, 2013. The pilot episode featured the group's debut promo single, "Big Time Rush".
